This notice describes the information flows implemented in the Orvyn website and its interactive demo.
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization, project description, and consent. Its purpose is to record and respond to project inquiries. Entries are stored in WordPress through Elementor Pro’s submissions feature and are accessible to authorized site administrators.
The interactive simulation and optional on-device AI model run in your browser. Your task text is not sent to an AI provider or stored by the demo. When you enable local AI, model and runtime files download from Hugging Face and jsDelivr and may be cached in your browser. Neither mode processes camera feeds or connects to a physical robot.
The website requests font files from Google Fonts and visual/AI libraries from jsDelivr. Enabling the optional local AI also downloads model files from Hugging Face. Your browser connects to these providers when the selected resources load. Hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical request data, such as IP address and user agent.
WordPress may use cookies for logged-in administration and preview sessions. This build does not add an analytics tracker or advertising integration. Other hosting or WordPress services may have separate technical behavior.
Use the contact form to ask about an inquiry you submitted or request access, correction, or deletion. Include enough information for the site administrator to identify the relevant record without sending sensitive data.
This is a description of the implemented site features. The site owner should confirm operational retention practices, legal business details, and jurisdiction-specific wording before public launch.
